About Me
Leah is a farmgirl writer and non-profit consultant raised outside of Woodville, Ontario, with a penchant for spending quality time with dirt, chickens, and horses. Leah recently completed a Masters degree in Globalization Studies at McMaster University where her thesis "A farmer's tale: growing globalization in Woodville's fields", focused on the shifting values and practices of local farmers in relation to the emerging global food economy.
Canoeing into the wilderness, using her imagination and watching too much reality TV are among her favourite things in the universe. Special talents include painting her toe nails while driving 120 kilometres per hour.
