We have just had a class discussion about how technology can help the fight against deforestation, here is what we think...
we can send e mails to goverments and theyll read it they mite respond 
we shoud make up a web site about deforestaction and people will be sad and stop. from stefan and harley
we can make movies so we can show the goverment and all over the world what will happen if they cut down all the trees

I think that is a great idea! Technology really does make it easier to get messages across! Do you know where you can find the email addresses of your local politicians? You should let them know why it's important to take deforestACTION, and may be suggest some ideas of what they can do!
we might make a non fiction book about the deforestation and people might find out and could read it on the internet and so they will know whats gonna happen it the future and they might help out and will cut less trees down.

I think some of your ideas are great. The technology is really useful for spreading the message. Just think back a month ago, we didn't know much about deforestation and now we know plenty, all through technology!
in the future it might be worse then now we need to help we need people to know . we need to get people to see and we need to make a movie or a book or a website or find the goverments email and write to him

Emails are a great way to not only save paper, but reach out to more people! Who else could you reach out to?
I think having a (paperless) contest is a great idea - what are some of your other contest ideas? Could some contest ideas be fundraising ideas, too?
