Throughout the whole upper school, students and teachers try their best to go paperless by using different kinds of methods such as: power point, email and etc. Our school also organizes several clubs that promote environmental sustainability. By doing this, we are able to reduce the amount of ecosystem destruction.

This is a very efficient way of being sustainable. FCDS does the same thing. We refer to online textbooks and online notes to save paper.

Our school also has a paper-less system of online paper submissions, email, and grading. We have also started using online books, which greatly reduces the amount of paper we use and the cost of books.

Forsyth tries to promote sustainability by doing the same thing. We've quit sending out report cards with grades and just post everything online. We also try our best to reuse as much paper as we can, as well as recycling around our campus.

Those are all excellent ways to promote sustainability initiatives, which Forsyth also implements. Clubs are a great way of getting many people involved in environmental efforts around the school. Do your clubs lead projects around the school? Actively getting the student body involved greatly helps spread sustainability initiatives.
