What does your school do to promote sustainability?
Our school has a recycling system to help promote sustainability by putting trash in recycling bins during the week that get picked up on Fridays so that the trash in them can be reused. This is more sustainable than just putting the trash in trash cans to become waste because the things placed in recycling bins are reused instead.

Similarly, our school also focuses on recycling. However, the students do not have a recycling system, the faculty and staff do but we, students, recycle constantly. 
I think this is one of the most common and simple way to help the environment yet very effective.
